If your experience with Quartz Discoveries does not meet the standard we promise—engaging guiding, clear audio, timely start and thoughtful route—tell us within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary re-walk (subject to scheduling) or a fair partial or full refund based on what went wrong. This applies to publicly scheduled tours; private experiences are covered by bespoke agreements noted at booking.
